Correct, it was 50k EP, around September of 2018

In 2018 : It was in shop : Permanent for 50K EP
In 2019 : It was in shop : 5 Crates for 5K EP
For this year maybe it will back at end of this month.

Yes the "Freakish Halloween Set", It also has a witch hat.

Update: this hat, and with that the complete set, is now in the item shop. 5.000ZP for each item.

Since Halloween is over, they won't publish it this year. Maybe next year or as compensation now for the servers that are broken. That would be great.
