For what are grey contracts standing for?

I've completed them but they are following me all the time.

A'ight, 2 questions.

Can they be changed after completing?
If so, how? Deleting another task by pressing the trash can?

The grey daily contracts are the ones that you've completed. You get only new ones by waiting a day. Only 1 per day tho. (I dont know the specific time when you get a new one).
Deleting tasks are probably just to clean a bit of the stuff ;P
