someone has blocked my account
Hello Support Z8games/GMs.
I recovered my account by my information and when i opened it i find out that my account has been blocked,i didn't used any hacks or Malicious or Game Altering Software i just recovered my account.
i wish that you can help me
i already sent ticket to support z8games, but i saw that they made a thread for z8games support on forum so i can talk here too about that.

I don't have any account and i don't want to start from zero after playing 4years in my account and bought +1000$ in my account and have 12VIP what will happen if they helped me and give to my issue 5min to look into my account and see that it was unfair ban,

i wish that GMs try to give player a chance ,z8games won't eran anything when it lost players but it will earn if these accounts got unban and purchase zp again,
i wish that GMs which are human like us please help us to get a chance to show our positive side im sure that everyone asked the god for another chance but why you don't want to give the others chances,

Yes, that does mean you're careless. You have to keep your login information safe at all times, also for other accounts. Only support can help you with this issue, there is no use posting about it on this forum.
