Not receiving crates?

On the last event, back to school, it said that you would get 20 mecha bee crates if you spent more than 50k zp. I did, and i didnt receive any crates. Help?

Are the crates supposed to be given out by now? Didn't receive them and the ribbon yet either.

We are currently reviewing the list. Due to an issue with calculating the KDA portion at one point which was fixed, we want to review a sample from the final list before distributing. However that is in progress right now, and will be distributed soon (for both ribbon and rewards)

Ribbons should already be distributed, but crates may be a bit slower since we have a LOT of people for the system to go through
