So, how to report a guy if the evidence is a recorded video (by bandicam, fraps etc)?

Where to upload it?

Well GM’s rather receive recording from the game itself, but you can always try uploading it to YouTube and sending them the link.

negativ. only the original game save replay will be accepted. own records could be edited..
