  • CrossFire has a loading screen problem. It takes much time to load the first game (it freezes for about 30-40 seconds and then loads it).

It's certain that, when you change the resolution to a different one than 1024 x 768, CrossFire takes a long time in loading. That's why you should only play on 1024x768 (that should reduce or cut the loading times). Please note: putting the game in windowed also makes it load longer.
  • I've already done that option of changing CF resolution to the same size of my pc and re-installed it but nothing seems to work. might even drop it since i'm at loss..

Recommendation: play 2 games, and restart CrossFire and so on. Many players can avoid this issue by doing that.On another topic, this is an issue that requires careful analysis (another level of support that only QA can do).

When you get an error, CrossFire generates a DMP (dump) file in case of a crash failure, and this one is located in the game folder.

    Default folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\Report

You have to look at the date that the file was created (file creation date). Now, submit a ticket by attaching that file in ZIP or RAR format.

PD: you can open these files with WinDbg. The difficult thing is to interpret that information.
