Xigncode 0xE0191014 problem..
hello guys .. i have some problem with launching CF i bought a new laptop then i downloaded CF but when i join to the room and start the game the loading reaches to 12% and the game suddenly closes .. and the xigncode 0xE0191014 appers .. help please );

Generally, this an error associated with the game client running in the background. CrossFire and related processes are running and you want to run/launch them again.
So to circumvent this, open Task Manager and quit all CrossFire and Xigncode related instances. I.e., close and kill any CrossFire/XIGNCODE3 related process in the background by opening Task Manager. Run CF as admin.

Please consider the following points:- The game must be clean. Each file must be up-to-date.
- Add CrossFire folder in exceptions to your Antivirus for normal operation of the program. Maybe CrossFire is being blocked by some module of your antivirus (protection features).
- Run Crossfire in compatibility mode for any other version. Vista, 7, 8. Find the CF_G4box.exe and CrossFire.exe, click properties, and change the compatibility mode (Vista, 7, 8) and test it.
- Keep your PC drivers up to date.
0xE0191014Occurs from duplicate launch process detections from XIGNCODE3 or the executable game file. If this issue still occurs after shutting down the duplicate program, please reboot your PC and try again. If the problem consists, please contact support@wellbia.com with your xigncode.log file attachment. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
When you get an error, CrossFire generates a DMP (dump) file in case of a crash failure, and this one is located in the game folder.
Default folder:C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\Report
You have to look at the date that the file was created (file creation date).
If possible, send a ticket attaching that file. You can open these files with WinDbg. The difficult thing is to interpret that information. -

First, check out the Windows Event Viewer (Win+X and after press V) and try to find an event related to CrossFire. If possible, upload a screenshot here about that.This is an issue that requires careful analysis (another level of support).
Since you can't solve this problem from their FAQ method, you must send an email to Wellbia support. That file can be located atC:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\xigncode.log.
After locating the log file, please send an email with the attachment to support@wellbia.com.
If you can include any details of what the error consists of, it will help up them a lot.
Please note: that file is encrypted; only Wellbia (Xigncode) staff have access to such information.
