Looking for Serious/Semi Serious Team

Im just trying to play tbh. I want to play ranked and scrims and just get better. Ive been playing for a while but took a LONG break and came back a couple days ago and to my surprise the game was still somewhat active.
The only two things Im really looking for are people who 1. Speak English and 2. Actually play the game.
