my account is at 0 after the migration

I migrated my CFES account to CFWEST and my account appeared at 0 without anything I lost my zp my gp my exp my rank lost everything as if I had never had anything this I think is a game error through the migration my CFES email is nicolascastro00 @ hotmail.com and my name is captain jager I made more than 20 tickets and all the GMs did not know how to give me an answer or they did not want to take charge and directly all of them did not give me an answer, they only invited me to create another ticket and when I did they told me the same thing again, that is, they made fun of one way why they didn't want to do their job

  • 20 tickets are harassment. Kindly note that submitting multiple tickets does not speed up the process (it does the opposite due to the high volume of requests). And in fact, it slows down the process since it clogs their workflow.

    You have to submit your ticket to the correct area/department. Without seeing the support responses, I'm pretty sure they are telling you to submit the ticket to the correct department.

    Filing your ticket in the correct area will help you be responded to in an appropriate time by the people that usually address the issue you're reporting.

    Please note: your problem was very common some time ago (i.e. when the migration process started in CFES). Many players fixed this migration issue by sending a ticket to the correct area/department.
