What should I do when the account is hacked and the hacker changed the email address?
Hi all! My account is hacked early this year and the hacker changed the email address. Unfortunately, to reset the password, z8games needs email but I did not know what the hacker has changed the email to. I created a support ticket and z8games support staff said I need to wait for 90 days after the email changes, regardless of whether the account is hacked or not.
I then waited 90 days after the hacker changed the email address, I provide all the information I have: the transaction history and also the account creation confirmation email with the security question and answer on it. However, the z8game staff said that there was still not enough evidence to recover the account.
The problem is I DO NOT KNOW THE CURRENT EMAIL. It was changed by the hacker. I have spent like 500+ dollars on this account. I have all the transaction history before being hacked.
What should I do? I really want my account back.
