Probably never. It might stop for a while, then it will come back with the next update.

And yes, it's most probably Internet related issue. The other issue is this game is so badly optimized and vulnerable to crash - I have never encountered such badly optimized game, ever. It's technical phenomena that game from 2009 is running on computer from 2016 like a sh*t and randomly crashes - I began to wonder if there is implemented something like error roullete: if user.logIn() => throw Error.random().

sorry i was so busy... how i fix this problem ? i go to NA server, create new room with bots (TDM), after i send start, after i get error (network problem), send ok and i go play
