An old CF player trying to get his account back - How to fill support info?
Hello everyone, I come here looking for advice in this peculiar scenery :
In 2010 I created my account and played until the beginning of 2016. I reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
I'm trying to get back into the game today, but my account seems to be "disabled" and I can't find a way to get it back.
My IGN is [NF] [HIDEL] (initially it was xHIDELx) and I was the leader of the [NeverFail!] Clan (in the ranking I found the name of the clan, but not that of my user).
To recover my account, the support asks me for the following information:
-Login ID (Required): I know it
-Current Registered Email (required): 95% sure it is my hotmail account
-Current Security Question (required): I don't remember which question I chose 10 years ago...
-Current Security Answer: I can answer any question with my personal information, but if I don't know what the question was ...
-Account creation date: I know the year of creation, but not the exact date they request. Hotmail has deleted all my emails prior to 2011
-Date of Birth: I know it (of course xD)
-Transaction 1 - Payment Method: I don't know it, I only put ZP in the account twice, but since I was a minor, one of my uncles did me the favor of buying them for me
-Transaction 1 - Transaction ID: I have no records of that purchase (I only have a Screen Shot where my uncle showed that the ZP had been charged to my account, but without ID). That happens 10 years ago.
I have put all the above information in support tickets (even more detailed) but it seems that they do not read it and only limit themselves to validating the information in the previous fields which I cannot complete for reasons beyond my control (such as the policy of deleting hotmail emails)
I strongly agree that you must ensure that the account is my property.But the support team does not offer alternatives to solve my problem they only close my tickets SOK-246-23184 / SKY-668-17014
Questions:
My account is disabled due to inactivity?
Could I try to log into the game with my ID and password, and if they are correct, enter my account?
Is there a way to do a password recovery from the user ID?
Suggestions to solve the problem:
-Send a password recovery email to the email associated with the account associated with IGN: [NF] [HIDEL] and USER ID: ***XX.
-Help me indicating which fields are missing or incorrect. I have a lot of SS that could prove that I have played with that account.
-Be open to consider other questions that only I as the owner of the account know.
I want to play CF again, but I'm not starting over. Im understand your position, please understand mine i'm trying to collaborate with support team in the investigation process.

Wouldn't you simply be able to press ' forgot my password? '
if you do have the login and pw, try to log in on the game itself, it should work unless the password has been changed.
that would be the best bet. if the account doesn't have much rares or VVIPs then just start over. -
On the point of your user name. Maybe you have been inactive for so long that your ign has turned into a CTM and some numbers like CTM12345.
Also if you found your clan name and not your user name then I doubt anyone would keep you in a clan for being inactive so long.
It is a hard thing to remember all the answers to those questions but you really need to remember a lot more.
There are a lot of questions that you cannot answer in that list, way too many to expect to recover your account.

you remain in your clan if you're an old player who has never logged in since 2.0 update and agreed to the new terms of service I do believe. best advice is to go to your email that you believe you used, use the search bar and search for "crossfire or z8games" and look for old password resets or an email from when you created the account since they actually sent all info back then.
