Could you fix your game?!

I have been playing crossfire since 2009, it was way better in 2009 than 2020 !! ... each room now one of these issues at least happens (Bugs,Tanks,Server lag,Tons of FPS drops (dropping from 230 to 0.4) ,Free VIPs users,Macros users, C4 Sound bug,Mouse sensitivity been changed,being killed from behind the wall,Hackers in addition to cancer weapons users and the room joining delay that takes 1 min to join a room-Shop-Black Market-Storage from lobby) .. most of my friends abandoned CF but i'm sticking to it hopping it gets better but nothing happens at all but the worse .. often i get nervous when i play it instead of having fun for these technical issues , please get it fixed soon and bring our entertaining game back.

the rest may answer this .. but the question is Do you really play Crossfire? .. if so please tell me what has gotten better
