Crate wins not working

I bought 50 x VHS GP Crates and won 90 day temp version 5 times. I transferred to my inventory and the weapon is not there. I should have 15 months of this weapon but I have Nothing.
What is wrong here? Can anyone help please?
My luck is bad enough already and now this.
Please fix.

I think the only thing you can do, is to report it to support through a ticket.
If they don't pop up in the inventory after a game-restart, it's a bug and no players here at the forum can help you.

Thank you for the reply sweetie and very nice of you. I thought that this was the support channel and hoping for a GM or someone to help.
I will try what you say although I have never contacted support before.

No problem. The GM's are active sometimes in the forums. But It's been less and less this last year. They are mainly active on discord these days, but have stated, that for any problems, we should send them support-tickets through https://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Default/Tickets/Submit/Index.
Otherwise, any reports might be forgotten, unanswered or lost.
