Quick scope with VIP Char allowed?

Hi a lot of people are calling me a hacker because I do Quickscope with the VIP Char Kick like pressing E quickly when reloading. is it legal? Because its getting very easy with Barret VIP and this method and I kind of understand people bashing me. But at the end it is legal to do right? Im just wondering

Yes. It's been like that since the first VIP Character came out. If they wanted to patch it they would've already.

A mod in an older thread said that it's not considered a bug and it's currently not a bannable offense.
