For Account Recovery
Well, 3 days ago I just changed my password, then I log in to the game. I got stack at shop, so I quit the game. When i trying to log in again, the system said that my password is incorrect. However, i just changed my password, how can i forgot it??? I tried my previous password and currently password. It all said that my password is incorrect. Then i was trying to change my password again by using Email. In that time the system told me that my account is not avaliable to recovery. Then I submit a ticket at Z8 game support center. The GM told me that I just change my email and it has 90 days duration and they let me resubmit a ticket after 90 days. so i just wondering that I didn't change my Email!!! I just changed my password. why they told me that i have to wait like 90 days duration. I don't know what happend now, and what should I do to recover my account. Does that mean they banned my account??? but i never hak. OR, is that meaning that my account being stolen??? If i wait 90 days can i get my account back??? I know all the things, like creation date, payment method, transection number and security questions. Could anyone help me with this??? thank you so much

Unfortunately, this is not something the community can help you with. You need to submit another ticket in 90 days. We cannot discuss account issues here.
It means someone had access to your account and logged on with it. "Someone" requested an email change through the "Z8Games Support Center", possibly. In any case, you will need to wait until this duration ended (90 days).
If you want to hear the truth about this matter: YES. That means someone has stolen your account information and changed your email address.The registered email address on any Z8Games account can only be changed once every 90 days. As the email address on this account has been changed in the past 90 days, we kindly ask you to submit a new request after this duration has ended.
You just have to wait.
