  • without absolutely nothing that can prove that you created the account, they not only won't help you, but they can't. Without proof you might be someone who bought the account, you might also be a hacker trying to steal the account. They can't take that risk, as they would be breaking their own policies/laws, which they even might be fired for doing.

Just think. You are basically going into a shop waving an item that they sell in the shop, demanding to get a refund or an item change. Without showing any proof of purchase, receipt or even identification. How do you think that would play out?

They have already said in support that they can't help you without the information, so sending more tickets won't help you and might even get you punished if you spam them. They have also stated that no one in the forums can help with stuff like this and to get help with an issue like this, you have to send a ticket, as they wont answer if someone asks in the forums about it.

It's sad, but you have done everything you can do and it has ended up doing nothing for you. You'll just have to accept it.

Man the problem is I paid so much in my Account, I only want to safe my Account, and now they put the Vertifaction in CF that isn't helpful for me, I can send all the transactions from Paypal to the support and they dont trust?? does a hacker or acc buyer know all transactions from my own Paypal Konto I dont think so!!
Its my ACC ..... since 2011, so they wont trust me anyway? I can send them all my transactions more then 2k worth.

  • That happens because there is incorrect information in your submitted request. You have partially given correct information but not enough to prove ownership. That's why if there is something wrong with that info, you will get that message: It's not enough to prove ownership.

The support team will never tell you: the security question is incorrect.

That's never going to happen, ever.

If you can't remember any of the info they ask for in the ticket, you will not be able to recover or change the email due to security policies. If you don't remember the details, no one can help you. The secret is to have access to that email address associated with your account. Unfortunately, if you don't have access to that email address, you reached a dead end.

There's nothing we can do if you don't remember your own information. It's up to each and every person to remember their own information. If you cannot verify your ownership of the account, then the support cannot help you due to privacy and security concerns.

What if it is the human mistake that was made by them? Like in my case, the verification was sent to a wrong email address. I don't understand how would that happen because my registered email works perfectly fine and I can receive email from Z8. There is a minor difference between the two email accounts which is the suffix. The one that the code was sent to does not even exist.

Could you explain that a little more clearly?

I registered my account by using ****@yahoo.com. When I click verification, I realized that the email is being sent to ****@yahoo.com.cn, which does not even exist. I tried to send an email to this address, and I got an un-deliverable notice. If I click reset my password, the email is actually sent to ****@yahoo,com, which is correct. Isn't this weird?

I understand what you mean. In this case, only customer service (via ticket) can help you. Unfortunately, this is not something the community can help you with.
