CANNOT login into account both in-game and on z8 website

I tried to log in both in-game and z8 webpage, but it keeps saying "Incorrect username and/or password". Then I tried the "Forgot Your Password?" option. But after received the email from Z8 and changed the password SUCCESSFULLY, I was still unable to log in to my account, as the webpage kept showing, "Incorrect username and/or password."

I tried to contact support and the moderator said:

The registered email address on any Z8Games account can only be changed once every 90 days. As the email address on this account has been changed in the past 90 days, we kindly ask you to submit a new request after this duration has ended. If your account was compromised since the last email change through the support center, you will need to wait until this duration ended as well."

I'm not sure what the moderator said as I didn't try to change the email or something like that, I just couldn't login into my account even after I successfully change my password, and I don't know why that has happened?
