Please help me, MODs..

Why no one give me a reason what is happening with my other account (ID: )?? Why it's show me invalid username or email, but when I send ticket they told me "this account is blocked"?? Could anyone MoD or GM too help me and to tell what is happening with this account and can I restore it? This account is from 11 years with a lot ZP and Vipp guns and it will be very unfair to lose it for NO reason...

If it is blocked, you might have been hacked and banned. If that is the case, you will have little or no chance of recovering it. As their policy is you are the one who is responsible for your own accounts security, not anyone working at Z8.

I am no mod, but I can tell you that no one at the forums will be able to help you with a problem like this. Only the GM's in support can and you have already sent a ticket to them and if you are banned, as i said, you will have little or no chance of recovering it.

How long ago did you use this account, the last time ?

Dude I never used hack and I am not hack supporter! I need someone mods to see what is real problem with this account because I send too much tickets and no one give me a reason why this is happening! And if you are blocked you will message "your account is blocked" when you typed your email and ID but I got this error "invalid username or password".. so I need help from Someone Mod or GM..

Mods can't do that, they are only trusted players moderating the forum. The only thing you can do, is to send a ticket to support. If support don't help you, you won't be helped at all, because no one else can do anything for you.

If you got "invalid username or password", it means that someone has changed your password. Someone probably hacked your account. If that is the case it is very hard for you, to get the account back.

Did you read what I wrote? If someone hacked my account why I got emails: "this account is blocked"? How this account can be hacked and blocked in same time? I want someone MODs to answered to my questions..

No one in this forum might be able to answer that question. There isn't anybody who can help you here in the forum.

MODs don't have access to these tools. [GM], the only one who may be able to help you, because they (GMs) can see that kind of information and details in their systems.

And as you know: It's not allowed to discuss these topics in the forum.GM's are employees in the same office, and Moderators are volunteers from home. I.e. Mods are volunteer players, whereas GM's work directly for the game.

Now you have an ex -Super MOD say the exactly same thing. Only Support (GM's) can help you with that, no one in the forums can.

As for how you can be both hacked and blocked, you can. First someone hacks your account, then they do something forbidden and you get banned. It happened to me 10 years ago. It has happened to a lot of people here, when they are not careful with their account information.

Sorry but this is not happening to me because last day I played without any problems but 12 hours later I can't joined in my account and when I put my email (if someone was steal my account and change password) it's show "this account can't recover", when I put my ID it's show "invalid username or password" so where is the problem and what is the reason to I got this? If I was blocked or banned I must to get this message "your account is blocked/banned" but I got other message.. Where is the problem?!?

Someone got access to your account and change password,or changed your email ,as simple as that,maybe you have keylogger on your pc,maybe you pressed suspicious link
Usually you get message you have been block when you enter correct password

Send a ticket on the support site, as we will not assist you via forums for this. As additionally mentioned, Mods cannot help. They do not have the ability to. Only GM's such as myself can, and we will only do it through support.

You are wrong.. No one stole my account because I can't see my ID name (notanot nickname in the game) and you can't change this Name And If I wrote my email to forbidden password it's show me "this account can't be restore" so this email it is still there... When I made this new ID I tried to make same nickname in the game but it's show me "This username is used", but if you tried to search in the site you can't see it either...

Every time I send messages, this [GM]Moony replies to me with the same message... Someone had told me that he was not even a real person but a robot. So what's the point of continuing with these tickets as this robot answers me every time?? So I decided to try my luck in the forum or to send PM to you, but you didn`t see them

I was loyal to the game for 11 years without using hack or to broke any rule! Is this your reward for my loyalty all these years??

Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do now if you keep getting the same reply.
Unexplained things Do seem to happen in this game.
I had a good friend called CyberTwerk who was Lieutenant in our clan CyberCats. He spent more money on this game than any other in the clan.
One day while he was spinning crates he got disconnected. He tried to log back in but could not as it said he was banned. Lots of letters to support later as to why he was banned and he too started to get the same reply. Obviously he was heartbroken at having put so much into the game and then losing it all in an instant. Lots of people left the game over that decision. We even got a petition up on the forum to try to help him get his account back. It had a lot of support but it did nothing to save him. Believe me, I have seen this happen on more than one occasion in the 11 years I have been playing this game. You will get no help in the forum. No one can help you here.
One thing that I think needs to be addressed is the fact that you will Never get the EXACT reason for your ban. You might get a reply like " you have been banned for using an illegitimate program " but never a SPECIFIC reason.
