I can't log in my real account (ID: ibaaaaaa ) and when I send ticket they answered that I got blocked, but I don't make anything wrong and no one give me what is the reason to got it. When I log in to game and type my ID and password it's show me "invalid nickname or password" .... I am playing from 11 years and have a lot ZP guns and I don't broke the rules and never used hack.. There have a lot hackers and to blocked me because I was loyalty to this game this is not fair... Could you help me please?

Bans don't tell you that your username/password is wrong.
Try resetting your password, if that doesn't work, you may have to recover your account.

Don't share your Account ID here. Bunni is correct if your account was banned then "username/password is wrong" error shouldn't pop-up. I guess you either shared your account details with someone and he/she changed the password.

I did not share my ID to anyone and I can't join with other ID because it is show me "invalid username or email".. When I sent ticket for recover my account they send this: "Hello,
Thank you for contacting Z8Games Support Center.

It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account.

We thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

That response is only given from Z8GAMES because your account has been "flagged" . An account used to become flagged back in 2014-2015 due to many support tickets about account information/recover . After your account has been flagged there will be no response from Z8Games for tickets about any account info or recovering it .
