Mercenary-Pass room sorting

What is the point of those rooms being stuck at the top?
When I sort by "Mode" because I'm looking for SnD matches in the lobby, I am not interested in in "Mercenary pass owner rooms" that play a different mode.
Them being up top in the normal sorting is fine, but them ignoring the "sorting" function is seriously annoying and makes finding rooms a bit harder again. Especially if there's a bunch of those rooms and they don't even sort properly internally.
Pls fix
