Windows 7- 8- 10 64 bits?
work ?
It should work.
In these versions (x64 bit CPU), it should work without a problem, as long as your operating system is properly configured. And we must keep in mind that CrossFire is not well in terms of performance and optimization at this time.
It's recommended to use and install the 64-bit version of Windows if you have a 64-bit processor and 4 GB or more memory because it has more efficient memory management to enjoy an efficient multitasking experience. -

You should consider ShadowRo's recommendations.
However, since you have a built-in graphics (integrated graphic) card on the motherboard — it shares memory with the main system memory and it does not have its own dedicated memory — you should opt for more RAM. I will suggest you go with 8 GB of RAM as a minimum or higher for fast and powerful multitasking. If your computer has 4 GB of RAM and 1 GB of shared graphics memory, you’d only have 3 GB of memory available for general computing tasks.

BUT keep in mind Windows 7 is already out of support, you are more vulnerable over internet unless you know exactly what are you doing,
So you must consider a hardware upgrade to be able to run Windows 10 (it may be possible to run win 10 on your actual laptop but won't be the best experience)
P.S. Don't use N or KN versions ! those versions miss all multimedia so you won't hear all sounds in game, tho it can be fixed by manually install a microsoft package.
