this mean we have to know what's the problem so i ask u question and plz answer for fix this problem fast
1- do you have new ak47 ?
2- do you buy new pass before game return online ?
3- do you have m4a1 meow ?
4- do you have old vip doll ?
5- your rank in last season of ranked platinum ?
6- do you have trixy character as main character ?

please answer and let me send another ticket to game support for fixing this error fast

Hi, I have this error, when I log into the game it is fine, but after selecting (any) server, the game crashes on a screen with channels.
I got a new AK.
I cant get into my Croosfile profile here on the website.
