M4A1-S Guan YU - VFX

Hello guy,
i was a long time really inactive thats why i have to ask this question, eventhough i maybe sound dumb.
I've bought the M4-Guan Yu VIP package.
I saw a player using blue and pink vfx on his guan yu.
I asked him where i can get it but he just said in the ingame shop.
I couldnt find it thats why im here.
Can anyone tell me where i can get the blue&pink vfx for my M4A1-S Guan Yu ?

z8 closed that shop also I forgot how it call and they closed it not too long ago.

That was from the Trade Market where you can get VFX for every Vip gun, but by some Eastern Region Players it got abused and illegal earned Zp was Transfered to their Main Accounts over it in hope to "wash the money clean" in order of that the complete Trade Market got Removed, if it going back i dont think so because that would be need to get overworked with a new Code and so it wont happen at least in my sight
