If you are waiting for support to do anything, don't post it in the forums. They say that they check here regularly, but if they do, they almost never answer. For problems that other players can help you with, the forums are great. But as Galaxy, says, this is a support problem, no one in the forums can help you. It won't matter how many times you post about it, you'll get the same answer from everyone.
If you have gotten an answer from support (usually, that they are working on it), all you can do is wait. 2 months+, seems to be the norm for fixes these days.JackPain (Sweden) -

this is not my crime why should i wait more than 2 months i can't finish the event will they find care in this problem? rank im also fell under -

Support is extra slow right now, with the state of the world (COVID-19). There's an update coming in a few days, if you are lucky, it might fix your problem. I am hoping for a fix for ZM-ranked my self.
By the way, you shouldn't post multiple threads with the same issue so close together. (3 in just bugs, in 10 days) It is forbidden and you might get into trouble for it and punished.JackPain (Sweden)
