Today, after 6 years of play, my account has been stolen.

Writing on support, I write a bot for each message the same. Admins do not read what is written, only the message is generated all the time by the bot.

My account email has been changed and I can't recover my password. I provided all data for all my payments for 6 years and all information. Bot writes back to me waiting for 90 days? Is this serious? During this time, the thief can do what he wants with the account, and that's 90 days!
