How find old security Q and acc creation date when no have access to original email?

Account Administration was ruthlessly unhelpful here and keep giving me the same automated response about not having enough information despite giving the correct email, log in credentials, and transaction history. Was wondering if any of you know how to find the old account creation date and security question information when I do not have access to my old email account (it was a school email that expired).

Also, general advice on how to change my account email address when I no longer have access to that old email would be appreciated. Again, support was horrifically unhelpful with their automated response so any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem as the creator of the post.
Even with the correct bank transfers, name changes and much more, one is only told about an automatic system that certain account information is incorrect or incorrect.

That happens because there is incorrect information on it. You have partially given correct information but not enough to prove ownership. That's why, if there is something wrong with that info, you will get that message: It's not enough to prove ownership.

The support team will never tell you: the security question is incorrect.

That's never going to happen, ever.

If you can't remember any of the info they ask for in the ticket, you will not be able to recover due to security policies. If you don't remember the details, no one can help you. How is anyone going to help you, if you don't remember your security question, your account creation date or even have access to that email?
If support can't help you, no one in the forums can either. If you at least had the 2 first things, you could probably change your mail. If you had access to your old e-mail, there might be someway to recreate deleted mails and find that information (Though probably not if it is very old).

Without anything, the only thing you can do is make a new account. Support can't help you, because you can't prove that you were the creator of the account (even if you can prove that you have used it for a long time), which means that they don't know if you bought the account from anyone (which is illegal) or hacked someone else's account (which is also illegal).
