Hi all,

I was just trying to verify my email for a few days but I never seem to receive the email verification and I've seen many people saying they face the same issue with their yahoo emails.

My registered yahoo email is a very old one that I did not access from 2014 so it hasn't got any of the old emails, So cannot find the emails when I first registered this account.

So I'm trying to raise a ticket to change the email to a gmail that I have, But for the account information I'm not sure when exactly my account was created all I remember is that it was around May 2014. Also for the security question I cannot really remember which question I used but i can provide an answer for each of the questions. My question is, Does anybody know a way to figure when the account was created and which security question is on the account without using the email ?

The funny thing is that I'm receiving the emails to confirm the support ticket has been raised but not the verification email.

Also, when raising the support ticket, If I never purchased zp before, Do I just type in transactions " None " ? I've only earned zp through a survey before just to get the ribbon.

Unfortunately, there is no way to know the security question and its answer. You must remember it. There is also no way to know the day you created the account without the first mail. you need to remember the mail, you can check the messages and know when you got a message confirming your account in z8games.
