ZM Ranked Problems

Has anyone managed to start ZM-ranked from the EU server yet?
I sent a ticket to support, but according to Kanadian it works fine, so it has to be some problem with my PC or Network.
As I haven't changed anything on my computer (updates or security-vise) and my line is stable. I don't see how it can be from me the problem comes.
+ Almost everyone in EU had the exact same problem at the beginning of the month/end of last month (Which they also claimed wasn't an issue from the server-side, until they saw that it was and fixed it)
So now, before calling BS and getting angry, it would be nice to know, if anyone else has any problems accessing ranked from EU-side or if it is just me.

Na works, but that doesn't excuse that EU don't work. I'm getting tired of the problems popping up again. They should make a real fix, but that will cost too much.

I have the same problem, currently I only play on the NA servers.

Thanks for answering, it seems that I am not alone with this problem and GM is either miss-informed or a liar.

Its the same issue as before, Eu servers are bugged again.
