Need Help!

I verified my account long time ago. I am using Yahoo email. Now I see they asked me to verify again. I didn't see the verify link in my Yahoo inbox (I checked filter folder, Trash, Spam already). So I tried to switch my yahoo email to my gmail and still I see no link from Z8 in my yahoo inbox. However, when I send the same Z8 account and send the support ticket in Complaint section, then my inbox yahoo receive the Z8 support ticket email. In the Z8 response, they asked me to send the ticket to the Account Administration, but I don't remember when is my account create. Keep in mind I created this account since 2010.
Now I am frustrated, I don't know where else to ask or fix it. It's really weird to have the very same yahoo account receive the email from the ticket but not the verified link or Change account link. Please help! Been playing this game for a long time and this is the 1st time I experience something like this.
