Falling or climb onto boxes without making sound

In ranked game i often see others falling from a height or climb onto a box without making any sounds. How to accomplish this?

If you drop from any height and hit jump just when u hit the bottom (like when u bhop) u dont make a sound, u also wont take falldamage.
Double jumping on boxes works the same way, jump once jump twice (bhop) hit crouche+w just when you hit the peak of the jump, you should find yourself on the box w/o sound.
Theres also a "super jump" wich goes into more detail than i am willing to type (quick youtube search should give u a step by step video)

Remember: When you bhop YOU will always hear your own "jump sound" but others wont
