Hi. My account Current got hacked by the scammer/hacker. I tried to get a link to resets my password using my own email but I can not even get a link. The hacker trying to summit the tickets to get a refund of my vipp items to get a zp back. I saw all the tickets that they summits but can not do anything. I summited the account administration also. Pls any admin here to help? Thank you.

No one in the forums can help you, the only thing you can do is send a ticket to support. But it will be hard for you to get your account back.
Their policy is usually "If you are careless enough to get hacked, it's your own fault", so they generally wont help. To even have a shot at getting it back you must have all information left, including your secret question.

You can only get a refund on a VIP if it is bought within 24 Hours. So the hacker shouldn't be able to refund your VIP's if they are older than that.

go support you need to prove your account is under your ownership and provide correct information to able to help you

You are allowed 1 refund per account (For any item with a duration of at least 30 days I think)

so as long as you've sent the ticket within 48 hours of a purchase

This account got hacked back in February this year, so I waited 90 days to recover it. Yesterday I sent multiple tickets to recover but [GM]Sharingn thinks I was sending wrong info so next day, I once again sent ticket I keep spamming and who would know [GM]Moony answered me (Finally a Gm with a brain), too late tho because it got ban yesterday before I can even recover it. this game is trash full of macro and hackers, trash support and this is why its dying. still best of luck to you.

If i'm right you need all the * information.. even if you don't have current registered e-mail they will not support you.
