Crazy sad story for my account and help needed.
So it was around 2013 where i started playing CrossFire with my buddies. And i was only around 13-14 At the time. Enjoy the game alot Spent countless hours on the game. I remmeber i got some money so i Bought the AK-Beast right away as my first VIP also the days where you can get your M4, AK Silver from the website and all that. The old Z8 crossfire Website if yall know.
And around Summer 2014 to 2015 Is where things went wrong. I started Highschool and decide to play other games. At the time i had a pretty good online friend who i play CF with. Around 2-3 months later He knew so much about me He Guessed my Gmail Password " I was just using my Birthday and nickname" and Also got many of my accounts password cause i shared the same password. Keep in mind i was only around 15-16 at the time. I lost my Gmail, Crossfire, QQ " A chinese Ver of Skype" And even a music app account. And after that i got to recover my Gmail account just to not realize the Registration was deleted. So in my Email there is only Z8games Email changing Confirm emails sitting in there. No Registration email. I sent support tickets in the pass but TBH it was some many years ago that i couldnt remmeber that clear. I deicide to show the Screen shot of the Emails that Z8 sent me in the pass. Youtube Videos I made on my Account. I show picture of my ID " Because my Login is just my First And Last name". I also said the localtion of the IP address. Explained How all the transaction was done by Prepaid card In Canadian dollars because i was too young to own a Bank card at the time. I named in rotation The vips was bought because i bought all of them. I can named the guns i roll out from blackmarket because i got trash luck. I can even provide my ID to them. But it doesnt seem to work at all. The account recover system is not helpful when something this bad happens to you. And i just want some help, i want my account back. I spent soo many hours of my childhood playing and having fun in this game. And every signle dollar i get i spent it on this game. Just in the end because i trusted some one " didnt share my account tho!" he had enought info of me and took my beloved account from me.
I will try my best and to provide any info i could to get my account back. Please and thank you!
