Re-back ribbons

Few ideas

• Main suggestion- bring back the "Operation mayham" ribbon,that ribbon was added somewhere in 2012 and never came back since,I think it would be nice to have another chance to get it

• Secondary suggestion-we all know that the olympic games have been cancelled due the covid 19,anyways,I think it would be cool by the GM's to still uphold an event this summer and bring back the CF Games ribbon(there are lots of people who are waiting for it to back for 4 years you know)

Supporting this, the come back of Ops Mayhem and Olympics would be very nice, people will have more time to play these days. Hope to see both this 2020
