been banned for no reason, i was playing ranked and after game i just disconnected, when i log back it says i been blocked permanently, and i send ticket to z8 support, they say i got chargeback issues, but i contacted paypal everything is clear, and z8 turned to say i uses hack ???

first time i asked the support why my account is banned, they say i had paypal dispute about chargeback,

then i ask for the paypal id detail cuz theres no problem with my paypal, and z8 support said i have to contact paypal support

after i contacted the support and i found out nothing happen, i contacted z8 again and z8 say i used hack ???????? wdfff?

anyone help?

The problem is that if the support writes you back and they don't want to help you, then you can forget that you will have unblocked your account again. The best thing to do is to contact a GM directly.
It is best to try to reach one on the Discord server.

Additionally, nobody gets banned for 'no reason'.

However, please note that no one on the forum can help you with this issue or problem. It's an account-related problem. It's a problem between the support and you.

On CrossFire West you can be banned for the following:

• Hacking, promoting or scamming.
• Glitching (inside boxes and/or walls). Or actively taking part/benefit from that sort of thing. Think third-party programs and exploits.
• Using macros.
• Chargebacks.
• Hacking in private rooms. You played with someone who used hack in Ranked/Zombie mode (you created a group, and someone cheated.).
• Insulting (racism/sexism/hatred/discrimination in a country, religion, sexual orientation, or organization are not tolerated) and harassment.
• Account selling/sharing.

You can't discuss the prohibitions/bans here, as it violates the rules, no matter if you were temporarily or permanently banned, or for any reason.
