No footsteps or gunshot sounds

Windows 7 64 bit, installed CF after a long time, but I dont have footstep sounds or gunshots but I can hear radio or else stuff.

checked the sound card its okay, also sound settings in game all on and100%.

anyone can help?

It is impossible for the radio sound to work and the sound does not work for you to check again and look if you put a checkmark on yes in the effect sound or not
