In ZM how to switch weapon during combat?

I've seen players taking out Gatling gun or AN94 transformer against certain wave of zombies, after they have already fired their main weapon. How do they swap weapon mid combat?

These players all use Florence character.

There a Item called "zombie mode bag switch"- or smthn along these lines.

U can obtain this item trough slaughter tickets.
The item then allows u to press "B" and select a bag whenever u want.
