[Resolved] Known Issue: C4 Setup/ Defuse Kit missing from Item Shop

Attention Mercenaries,

We are aware of an issue where 'C4 Setup/Defuse Kit' cannot be purchased or renewed after the latest content update.

While we look to resolve this issue, all players who log into the game will receive a one-time distribution of 'C4 Setup/Defuse Kit' for 30days.

[EDIT] The 'C4 Setup/Defuse Kit' is back in the Item Shop.

I asume you are also aware that quite some people constantly keep DCing including yourself? Or that hackers have been able to enter ranked match right away? Good that you point out an issue that you noticed but c'mon, don't be rediculous. There is a lot more awful going on of which we see barely any responses or results. That is just flat out dissappointing. Litteraly the first reply on this thread you are getting is just mocking you right away...

I noticed that issue and I was going to report about that, thank god that you already know about that.

This could be the beggining of a great pattern if you start publicly acknowledging problems, just to let players know that YOU DO KNOW about the existence of problems, so I'll suggest the title for the next thread:
