better cores in zm ranked

How can I get better cores in Zombie rank? I'm level 25 and the best crit rates I've received are +8 and just recently got a +10. I know others have +11 and +12 which is a bit of a difference. Others have 38 rifle and the best I have is 28,1x30, 1x32. Lower levels have better ones so I wonder if I'm missing something or just having bad luck?

Lower levels cant really have better cores if they were not boosted to play high stages, by higher level friends or by hakers.Also rare core boxes dont drop good cores, u get good cores for clear stages, the higher the stage the better chance to get good cores, i got pretty good from stage 22 and higher and was in room with a friend on stage 30 after clear he got rifle damage 40%, but its not enough to clear once , maybe u get gg piece and rb piece or hypomed, need grind high stages like 27-30 to get good cores, and its not easy without a good team.

Luck. Luck. Luck opening rare core boxes. I'm still at level 10 and I have 32% and 38% special rifle dmg and a few decent attack ones.
Highest I was able to find and win was stage 15 on both maps.
