Game settings are not preserved please help me.

The fact that folder Cross Fire is missing inside My Documents is the main key: that is the location where the game try to save game settings, also username on login, printscreen and save games.



Basically something on your PC is protecting the folder My Documents for any write attempts inside. That usually is the antivirus program, most like it have other protections modules beside firewall and antivirus, so you need to carefully look on the kaspersky software and add game .exe files as exceptions for all availables protections modules ( or try to turn off one module at the time before start game - until you can identify the one that protect My Documents then add game .exe on the exceptios )
