VFX Crate

I was kinda inactive for almost 2 years and barely log in from time to time and I missed the opportunity to get any vfx for my vips. I couldn't find where to get them and some clanmates told me that it was removed a while ago. I know it's not that important since it just changes some colors on your guns so why can't we get all the vfx colors in a crate in the black market? Unless there is another way to get them nowadays and I don't know about it.
A crate with all the fancy colors and with a higher win rate than normal ZP crates doesn't sound so bad to me.
