Ban IP for those who harming our game
Hello everyone,
There's a strange kind of hack which is some low rank player join the game and says goodbye room, the room gives all of us error with message [ Do you want to report ], that's happened with me like 7 times today.
Sometimes the room just finish and get like a draw for the both sides, but that's is at least better than closing your game with this error message though.
I mean we can keep reporting the hackers but we can't handle this kind of thing,
Notice:
Those players use lots of in games names, Everytime they get banned they register another account, so my suggest is maybe banning those cheaters IP address so they won't get to harm our rooms anymore.
I have send a support ticket and they probably banned some of them, but as a community maybe that's will help the developers.

+1 But still,its so easy to change IP,so that would not help
Only solution would be hardware ban -
someone did that a few weeks ago when people were playing MM for that event... he crashed the game towards the end so everyone lost the time and didn't count for event. He said byebye everyone I'm going to crash the room and the game just crashed. WTH?? how do people do that?

I got you, but how annoying the story for you? I mean if you were playing for 5h a day for nothing!
I hope our developer can try their best to do it so it's not gonna affect any internet cafes. -

I can imagine how you felt this game, but you can imagine that's literally happening with us for 90% of our rooms. -
