EXP+ Not Showing

I have the EXP+ intem activated and is not showing in the scoreboard at the end of games, like it shows for others. The intem border is blue meaning it's activated and I can see in the bonus effects tab on EXP there but it never shows in the scoreboard in the end of matches.

i have the same problem in ranked match i cant see the exp and gp the score table end of the match
