So is the M4 undertech red laser any difference than the m4 laser that you obtain from Titan?? more dmg? the skin even stay exactly the same throughout all 3 levels which kinda reassures me that ranked zm is a waste of time really. The raging bull judgement looks cool but that's about it I seen the game play in other versions. Its beast in zm it has pretty slow rate of fire in regular mode. raging bull vip shoots way faster.
Also in stage 10 you have to deal with this steal thing, apparently you will have your ammo taken away how do you even counter that?

steal can be countered by dropping your weapon.

It's just a different skin and it's the same. I heard that weapons change every season so m4 and raging bull will go away but I'm not 100% sure for this one. You can't avoid steal, therefore stay close to ammo reloads and pay attention so you don't lose the laser (don't activate it when you see that steal stat is about to happen). Also, play with people who have Florence char I think, which has blessed ability for 10 sec no reload.

At what stage do you unlock other abilities like utility and defense, Im at stage 10 right now and only have attack unlocked and one slot unlocked

whats point of games after all. they all waste of time so doesnt metter u wasting time in ranked zm or another mode u r not gonna gain money when u get something in game its just for fun.
and about raging bull its pretty cool specialy for zm ranked since its pushing u once u switch to it. u can keep switching to it all the time and catch the meteor if u were too far. also the hypo fast switch is rly usefull.
and about steal ammo i see its only annoying when it steal ur laser but u can throw ur weap once it steal ur anmo and take it back. other ammo i see its enough if u reload every round

Don't bother with Lazer Red. Even if it's better than regular Lazer it's not that much better. Soon we will have the new ZM map that drop the new ZM shotgun which is op, can solo Crater Dawn last boss in 3 minutes:
