Constantly 3025 disconnects

So im getting recently so many disconnects even with 11 ms ping i live in germany so my connection to the cf servers are insane.
And now comes the question why im i getting those dcs.
Im pretty sure it has to do something with hackers there is no way with my i-net connection i get those dcs. 4 dcs in my last 4 games in hmx in the last rounds. 16/17 every time!!!!
FIX THE GAME GET BETTER HACK SHIELD .WHY IS IT ALLOWED TO LET HACKERS KICK YOU FROM THE GAME ?!? it makes no sense....
