suggestions for banning ha.ck users in games

Due to recent many ha.ck users in games booming every room, lot's of players have been suffering unpleasant experience. I think BANNING DUMMY ACCOUNT is not enough to solve the problem because the same ha.ckers barely use ha.ck tools with their PRIMARY ACCOUNT. Back to China, the TECENT company, administrating the game in that area, bans the ha.ck user's IP permanently, which once their IP gets banned, they can not log in their any accounts via their same computer or laptop. As a player never uses ha.ck tool, those ha.ck users already made chaos in games. My suggestion for banning ha.ck users is to ban their IP.

Wish the suggestion will be taken and put into act ASAP.
