reload all weapons not working

hello

i was playing crossfire yesterday and everything went fine , however today i booted up and was trying to play zombie maps .
i can not use the amo boxes lying around . it says " press E to reload all weapons" but when pressing "E" nothing happens and i even tried every other key .
this doesn't seem to be a problem for other players in-game . i have looked through controls but that specific controll isn't even mentioned there so i assume you cannot change that ?
i really like this game and it has been a long time ( that time it was still crossfire EU ) since i played actively .
i would really hate to have to delete the game because something like this .

This may be an error from the map itself, but I don't think so Because I have not seen this error before because I always play zm

It should be temporary. I have encountered this too, sometimes it works if you drop your weapon or die. One time I had to restart the game. If it isn't a temporary thing, you should contact support via a ticket, but right now they might be on holiday.
