Lack of Support

I've noticed how little to no help administrators have been when you need help. The current system for getting your account back has proven to be unhelpful when it comes to knowing certain and specific things such as exact account creation date. My problem is my lack of access to my email account, but if I want to get it back, I need the transaction ID that was sent to my email? I feel like they don't take the time to consider the varying situations and the difficulty of remembering some of the questions. I understand that there are certain precautions to ensure that you are not giving access to a hacker or a compromised account, however, I could prove my identity in so many other ways. Even when I tell the admin reviewing my ticket my situation and pieces of information they can use to verify my account holder identity, all I get back is an automated message. There's no further support. I was hoping someone would be able to read this and provide me with some further support, or better yet, take a look at this and find a better way to review tickets that don't leave people in the open if you don't have some of the required information. I've tried discord, support tickets, but there's nothing much more I can do. They don't even have a customer support number I can call.
