When can you fix the LAGGGGGGING server

Why the server is that lagging even though there are very few players online? This lagging has been at least several months! Even when I play with BOT, the ping is jumping from 60 to 300! Where did you spend the money we paid in this game? Fix the sever!

Ping problems are caused by Internet companies due to the presence of a simultaneous use of the Internet by students / employees etc.
