Report toxic people

Do you guys know how to report toxic people? I played a rank game today, he started to call me kid right on the first round. Then he also mentioned about "you mom", it really pissed me off but I didn't want to say anything back because I was trying to be nice. I just want to know if we can report that, a temporary ban would be nice for him to learn a lesson. Honestly I can't play a game with people like that. Thank you.

You can always ignore such people and not reply
Just press enter and turn global chat and maybe team chat

For reporting you go to support>crossfire support
There is category called violation report
In this category you would enter your message about guy who insult you

Not nice is it? Good thing is that you probably do not know this person and he does not know you. You must be prepared for some insults in life and learn to just brush them off. You will be the better man for it.
Ignore the insults. Forget about it. Enjoy the game.
